From Interstate 10, exit right at Exit 101 onto University St.(University of Louisiana at Lafayette). Proceed to St. Landry Street. Turn right at City Hall (Lafayette Consolidated Government building). Cross St. Mary Blvd. and turn left to enter the medical center's 7-story adjacent parking tower.

Directions from New Orleans:
From Interstate 10, Exit 101 onto University St. (left to University of Louisiana at Lafayette). Proceed to St. Landry Street. Turn right at City Hall (Lafayette Consolidated Government building). Cross St. Mary Blvd. and turn left to enter the medical center's 7-story adjacent parking tower.

Directions from Alexandria:
From Interstate 49, merge right onto Interstate 10 West, take Exit 101 and turn left onto University St. (University of Louisiana at Lafayette). Proceed to St. Landry Street. Turn right at City Hall (Lafayette Consolidated Government building). Cross St. Mary Blvd. and turn left to enter the medical center's 7-story adjacent parking tower.

Directions from New Iberia:
From Interstate 49 (LA Hwy. 90), turn left onto West Pinhook Road. Turn right onto University St., pass the University of Louisiana and proceed to St. Landry St. Turn left at City Hall (Lafayette Consolidated Government building). Cross St. Mary Blvd. and turn left to enter the medical center's 7-story adjacent parking tower.
