At Lourdes we take every measure possible to ensure the safety, security and comfort of our patients and their families. Everything from patient identification bracelets to hand-washing protocol and medication guidelines has been designed with your safety in mind. Please understand that certain rules (such as restriction of cell phone use and visitation guidelines) are in place to ensure the well-being and comfort of everyone throughout the hospital. If you have questions about any aspect of your hospital stay, please feel free to ask any of our employees. For your security, all Lourdes employees are required to wear photo name badges at all times.
